After being described by the press as the French DREAM THEATER and having us wait with their two eponymous 30-minutes mini-CD, this Band from the French department of Marne explodes with a first quality instrumental album. The contents are truly amazing, the technical mastery of the instrumentalists equals the precision work of the sound engineer. REGENCY is currently compared by the specialized press to LIQUID TENSION EXPERIMENT. A clear indication !
