Stemming from the subconscious, traveling through one’s consciousness and arriving in the current moment, the entity of sound that calls itself HORTE operates within a cross-current of the laws of relativity and the unknown. Its first anonymous and eponymous recorded work is built of the connection between concrete and surreal textures. Throughout the piece echoed soundscapes and resonant backround noise overlap and penetrate the composition.

The ensemble does not limit its power to its four particles, instead it accepts the constant change that resonates in everything. At times the group lets their music flow into a narrative format, only to see it flowing out at the next moment, always aware of the transient nature of existence.
