In the Finnish music scene Hector has become a household name, responsible for some of the most popular tunes in the country. However, in the 70s he was dabbling in psychedelia, mysticism and progressive rock. Liisa pien (1975) is a concept album, with the first six songs forming a story cycle. The influence of the progressive rock bands of the time is strong in the music as well, with cover songs from King Crimson and Procol Harum.

The Svart edition of Liisa pien expands the original cover art into gatefold format with previously unseen photos from the album sessions. Also features extensive liner notes.
