One of the first bands to bring elements of black magic and the occult into the rock arena, Black Sabbath generated a storm of controversy over their allegedly satanist lyrics and tore down one of rock music's last remaining taboos in the process. Little did their critics know, however, that Ozzy & co. would spearhead a massive movement, becoming one of the most influential bands in history.

Originally released in 1971, Master Of Reality is the band's classic third album, and the first real stoner rock record that counts.
