terra in bocca

A vinyl reissue of a notable Italian prog album, originally issued in 1971. 'Terra In Bocca' is a sort of rock-opera concept album, basically consisting of two long suites, each filling an entire side of the LP. Full of tension from the first to the last moment and beautifully produced, this record had everything it took to make I Giganti rise above the crowded Italian scene of the early '70s, but the concept of mafia honour killings was regarded too risky for a decent promotional campaign.
