Originally released in 1969 by Epic, and produced by the mighty Milan, the sole full-length by NYC-based unit The Head Shop is an essential release for any fan of '60s psychedelia. The music ranges from melodic to manic, and from haunting to totally drugged out! There are notable cover versions of a.o. The Beatles' 'Yesterday' and Bobby Hebb's 'Sunny', but most of the material is self-penned and totally mind blowing! This is a reissue on 180-gram vinyl with reproduced artwork and labels.
