IF were the best British jazz-progressive rock band EVER! Their early four (and best) albums were simply awesome - similar to Blood Sweat & Tears, very early Chicago (Transit Authority) and early Jethro Tull. They also inspired some lesser known British progressive bands like Hannibal, Titus Groan, Warm Dust & Heaven.

This 58 minute album contains two early studio sessions (live in studio with some basic overdubs) taped by the BBC at the time of their 2nd and 3rd album + an amazing live gig (a whole Side 2)

The pressing is just fantastic (no noises at all) and the sound quality is perfect.
