Novastar is the eponymous debut of this Belgian band, led by Dutch-born singer and pianist Joost Zweegers. The band is intensely popular in Belgium and the Netherlands and sells out venues on a regular basis. Novastar is known for its deep, emotional ballads, and the pure, high voice of Zweegers. Singles "Wrong", "The Best Is Yet to Come", "Caramia" and "Lost and Blown Away" received much airplay.
