American guitar virtuoso Roy Buchanan is featured on this set of classic blues-rock performances. This is the man who travelled the States for 30 years, jamming in clubs and soaking up influences from blues, country, jazz and rock. Admired by the likes of Jeff Beck, Les Paul and Robbie Robertson, the late Roy Buchanan always delivered great guitar playing. The album was first released on Polydor in 1974, and includes eight tracks, including the title song and tunes like 'I'm A Ram', 'CC Rider' and 'Country Preacher' that enable the late musician to show off the earthy style and fluent technique that endeared him to so many fellow guitarists and fans alike.
