Recorded at the New York Pop Festival, Randall's Island, July 17, 1970, this exceptional live stunt by Hendrix captures the guitar master along with Billy Cox and Mitch Mitchell. During that same evening, on the same stage had alternated Grand Funk Railroad, John Sebastian, Steppenwolf and Jethro Tull, for an exciting rock night that definitely was inflamed by the true genius of guitar playing, Jimi "The master" himself!!!
