The Invaders from Bermuda delivered in 1970 the most sought after piece of Island Funk in history, i.e. their only long player 'Spacing Out'. Full of funky breaks, Meters-like guitar work, and tripped out horn lines. This record is not collectible because of its exotic locale, but because it is a stone funk classic, that holds its own against such luminaries of the genre as The Meters, The JBs, and the Nite-Liters.
