Southern Comfort was a cool British country/folk rock band well known for its front man Ian Matthews before they continued their band career after Ian's departure. 'Stir Don't Shake' is the group's third and last album. Similar to their previous efforts, the album is nicely arranged country & folk rock music heavily inspired by American west coast sound.
