The Downliners Sect had moved on to more hard rocking territory when the veteran R&Brevivalists tackled the songs for their third milestone album.Little Richard, The McCoys and even early Lou Reed material is given The Downliner Sects'spirited interpretation on a 14 track album originally released in 1966.Among the extra 7 bonus tracks are 3 rarities taken from a Swedish EP. The origins of the musicand the subsequent story of the band's evolution are explained in the CD liner notes.
