Thelonius Monk and Sonny Rollins got together to make this great LP. It is the result of some sessions over almost a year was released in 1954 on the PRESTIGE label. Thelonius Monk plays the piano in all tracks, Sonny Rollins appears in only 3 tracks: THE WAY YOU LOOK TONIGHT, I WANT TO BE HAPPY and FRIDAY THE 13th, Art Blakey plays drums on WORK and NUTTY.
