"Time Is" the last album by Idle Race. This is a nice album for any Race fan (especially those who favor Pritchard's earlier work). They didn't last long after Jeff Lynne left, but at least they left behind one last album to build on the Race's material. Nice upbeat psychedelic pop album of the early 70's.
