In 1972, Spontaneous Combustion released their second album, "Triad," which showcased influences from major contemporary progressive rock bands throughout its entirety. The album features tracks with just the right amount of hard-driven drive, reminiscent of Yes and King Crimson particularly in its longer tracks. Spontaneous Combustion proved to be a highly appealing band, capturing the essence of the era's progressive rock scene.
